First time in Knoxville and was looking for a good breakfast and coffee spot. Coffee and pastries were terrific. Lots of seating. Line got a little long for the people who came later in the morning. Only disappointment was there was no hot breakfast.

Visiting a friend in Knoxville and she recommended this as her favorite bakery. I waited in line about 20 minutes and it was well worth it! The croissants are all delicious - they savory and sweet options. And they have flowers, cards and chocolate, so it could be a great place to grab a gift for someone. Beautiful spot with plenty of seating indoors and outside.

There is a reason why this is one of the most beloved places in Knoxville. It is definitely a vibe! You will see individuals on their computers, sipping yummy drinks. You will see gatherings of people. The large windows bringing in such beautiful light. And you get to see the bakers doing their thing. But the real reason to come? The pastries! I always need a prosciutto and Gruyere croissant. I will purchase some other pastries and bring them home, wrap them tightly in saran wrap, and stick them in the freezer so I can enjoy my treats later on.

Wow their baked goods were amazing, and they were packed on Sunday morning for a good reason. If you need somewhere to get some work done then this is the spot. Their coffee was also delicious, I wanted to try their matcha but didn't get a chance.

Great coffee, fabulous pastries! Unassuming spot on Central past most anything else you might stop for on Central. Lots of natural light thanks to all the windows, and the tables seem well situated for people looking to set up for work or study sessions. Not really a place for a cozy tête-à-tête, but a great little snack stop! I've had the croissants - butter, almond, and hazelnut varieties - and usually an almond milk cortado. Always satisfied!

Wow - the ham and Gruyère croissants here were some of the best I've ever had!!! We also got blueberry apricot hand tarts and a blueberry custard pasty and everything was flaky buttery goodness. Hubs didn't love his coffee but my latte was pretty outstanding. Two thumbs up for the baked goods!
